Strengthening and sustainability of Ciudad Mujer’s services for the economic empowerment of young women in Honduras
This Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to strengthen the Ciudad Mujer (CM) care model in Honduras to promote the labor participation of young women, ensuring its long-term sustainability by strengthening the Economic Autonomy Module (MAE) and evidence of its effectiveness. The specific objectives are: (i) develop management tools and pilot a new care model for the employment of women in the MAE with emphasis on young women; and (ii) evaluate the effectiveness of said model during its piloting.
