This Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to strengthen institutional capacities for the identification of PwD in El Salvador, through support to health sector entities and those involved in the implementation of the National Registry of PwD (RNPcD), to improve the measurement of indicators related to this population group and the formulation of social policies and programs. The specific objectives are: (i) improve the availability of data in SIS of the MINSAL and the ISRI so that they include aspects related to functioning and disability; and (ii) support the strengthening of the RNPcD.
