The objective of the TC is to support the preparation of loan DR-L1167 through the financing of: (i) studies on the state of policies and interventions for diagnosing and treating NCDs and proposals for improvement at regional and national levels; (ii) assessment of needs and requirements of equipment and supplies in primary health care facilities for NCDs; and (iii) support to the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance and the National Health Service in the collection of information, coordination, and management necessary for the preparation of the loan and until its eligibility.
