This TC aims to improve job placement opportunities in the formal employment sector for job seekers in the country by strengthening the Comprehensive Employment Service. The specific objectives of the TC are: (i) Achieving timely execution of the Support Program for Labor Insertion in Honduras (HO-L1237); and (ii) Generating knowledge about technical training needs in Honduras and mechanisms for articulation with the private sector for their identification.
